Job summary

Mosaic in Beatrice, NE is seeking an Associate Direct Support Manager to lead shifts, mentor staff, and champion a caring community for residents with IDD. This full-time role involves evenings and nights with on-call duties, offering hands-on supervision and operational oversight.

You will train DSPs, support residents to reach personal goals, coordinate daily schedules, assist with meals and safety, and help build a positive workplace culture that reflects Mosaic values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in IDD or related field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and safely lift/transfer individuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift by example; train, coach, and onboard DSPs to foster a supportive team culture.
• Support residents with diverse medical/behavioral needs to reach personal goals.
• Coordinate daily activity schedules, assist with treatment planning, and track records.
• Ensure health & safety; assist with meals and patient-specific diets as required.
