Big Dan's Car Wash in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Shift Lead to support daily operations, lead a team, and drive membership sales at the pay station. You will report to the Operating Partner and General Manager, ensuring a fast-paced, customer-friendly experience.

The role emphasizes selling monthly wash memberships, engaging customers, and maintaining safety and cleanliness. Base pay is $18 per hour with $3 commission per membership sold, plus bonus opportunities and paid training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).
• Experience in supervisory roles such as shift lead, team lead, or crew trainer.
• Experience in customer service, operations, or team-based roles.
• Sales experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and support the Operating Partner and General Manager.
• Engage customers, educate on membership value, and close membership sales.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and high guest satisfaction on every shift.
• Serve as key holder and lead for assigned shifts when leadership is absent.
