Bigdanscarwash is seeking a hands-on Shift Lead to support daily operations, lead the team, and drive membership sales in a fast-paced, customer-facing setting. You will act as a key holder during shifts while upholding safety, cleanliness, and exceptional guest experiences.

The role emphasizes educating customers on the value of our membership program and confidently closing sales to boost performance, with base pay plus commission that enhances earning potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).
• Experience in supervisory roles such as shift lead, team lead, or crew trainer.
• Experience in customer service, operations, or team-based roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and supervise team across shifts.
• Drive membership sales at the pay station and educate customers.
• Close sales and contribute to sales performance.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and friendly guest experience.
• Act as designated key holder in absence of supervisors.
• Uphold systems and lead by example.
• Handle lifting up to 25 pounds and operate electronic devices.
