Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience with 3 months shift lead preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities; strong organizational skills.
• Basic math skills and attention to cash handling and docs.
• Attendance and punctuality required; able to move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy to meet high standards and coach team members.
• Oversee shift tasks, ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain positive guest relations.
• Provide feedback to the RGM on performance; assist with training.
• Assist with cash control, inventory, labor, and safety procedures.
• Support with candidate screening and daily operations.
