Chestnut Land Company is hiring for a Shift Lead / Key Holder at Dadeland Mall in Miami, FL. This role supports daily restaurant operations, ensuring top-quality food, service, and safety. You will oversee shifts when the GM or Assistant Manager is away and guide team members through scheduling, breaks, and training.

Job Summary:

As a Shift Lead / Key Holder, you will direct day-to-day restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager. You will ensure the team maintains the highest standards of food quality, guest service, cleanliness, and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Run shifts smoothly, open/close the store, and step in to lead operations when the GM or Assistant Manager is away.
• Team Management: Monitor employee breaks, manage scheduling, help prevent unnecessary overtime, and assist in training new team members.
• Daily Execution: Greet customers warmly, process orders accurately, and help the team prep, bake, and serve fresh pretzels.
