As a Shift Lead, you will support restaurant operations by supervising team members during your shift, ensuring outstanding guest experiences, maintaining company standards, and helping create a positive and productive work environment.

Position Overview

The Shift Lead serves as a hands‑on leader responsible for overseeing day-to-day shift operations, supporting team development, and ensuring operational excellence.
