Everforth Apex Systems in Wink, TX is seeking an experienced Shift Lead to oversee teams of Cable Deployment Technicians on a large-scale infrastructure project. You will lead crews, coordinate daily assignments, and ensure safety and quality during day or night shifts in a 4x10s schedule.

The ideal candidate has prior crew lead or supervisory experience in structured cabling or telecom environments, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to keep deployments on schedule.

Pay: $30-33/hr + Per Diem + Mileage

We are seeking experienced Shift Leads to oversee teams of Cable Deployment Technicians supporting a large-scale technology infrastructure project. This role combines technical expertise, leadership, and operational coordination to ensure deployment activities are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
