HPC Chkn Operations, LLC dba Popeye’s is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, oversee kitchen and dining room teams, and ensure guest satisfaction with Popeyes Cajun hospitality.

You will train staff, manage inventories, and uphold food safety while partnering with leadership to drive performance and growth. This role is on-site in a fast-paced Popeyes location.

Shift Managers support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and Assistant Manager (AM) in making sure all food is freshly prepared and cooked to perfection for every Guest. The Shift Manager ensures Team Members deliver food to guests that is cooked to perfection, made with love, and served up with Popeyes® famous Cajun Hospitality. Shift Managers enjoy creating a collaborative spirit within the restaurant – they are energized by the opportunity to learn and grow.

What You’ll Do

• Managing and supervising restaurant and kitchen staff during assigned shifts

Requirements

What You Bring

• Previous leadership experience in the restaurant industry (preferred but not required)
• Strong knowledge of front-of-house and back-of-house operations
• Proven ability to manage a team and delegate effectivelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory procedures
• Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
