You will supervise restaurant and kitchen staff, uphold brand standards, train teammates, manage safety and inventory, and collaborate with management to drive performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in a restaurant setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Proven ability to supervise a team and delegate tasks.

• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory procedures.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.

Shift Managers support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and Assistant Manager (AM) in making sure all food is freshly prepared and cooked to perfection for every Guest. The Shift Manager ensures Team Members deliver food to guests that is cooked to perfection, made with love, and served up with Popeyes® famous Cajun Hospitality. Shift Managers enjoy creating a collaborative spirit within the restaurant – they are energized by the opportunity to learn and grow.
