Paradies Na in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Shift Lead for our multi-unit retail shops inside Sky Harbor Airport. This full-time role features a structured leadership position in a fast-paced airport environment.

You will supervise team members, ensure exceptional customer service, manage cash handling, and help maintain safety and compliance. Ability to stand long hours and lift up to 40 lbs is required, along with background checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 day team environment.
• Excellent customer service and English communication.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Self-starter who can prioritize tasks and adapt to changing situations.

Position Qualifications:
