Job summary

Wingstop Pearland is seeking a Shift Leader to join our fast-paced team. This role rewards leadership, teamwork, and customer service excellence in a busy restaurant environment.

Candidates must hold a Food Manager Certification and a TABC Certification, have reliable transportation, and be willing to work all shifts including weekends and nights. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required; non-slip black shoes are mandatory.
