Wingstop Baytown is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise daily operations and lead team members in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes hospitality, safety, and guest satisfaction while upholding Wingstop standards.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience and hold a Food Manager Certification and a TABC Certification. Must have reliable transportation and be able to work all shifts, including nights and weekends.
