Job summary

Wingstop Gulfgate is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily operations and guest experience. You will exemplify hospitality, lead the team on shift, and ensure smooth service while maintaining Wingstop standards.

The ideal candidate holds Food Manager and TABC certifications, is reliable, and can work all shifts including weekends and nights. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required. Excellent customer service and team leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role – Wingstop leadership is a PLUS!
• Food Manager Certification is required.
• TABC Certification is required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Able to work all shifts - including weekends and nights.
• Non-Slip Black Shoes required.

Responsibilities
