We’re looking for a reliable, motivated Shift Lead / Head Cashier to help oversee daily operations during assigned shifts. Duties/Responsibilities:

• Greet every customer with a smile, thank them for their business, and invite them back.
• Perform cashier duties, including ringing up sales, applying promotions, and ensuring accuracy.
• Provide fast, friendly service and promote store products and services.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including sales floor, coolers, pumps, and foodservice areas.
• Stock, rotate, and label shelves, coolers, and displays.
• Manage food service and beverage programs to maximize sales and compliance.
• Check in vendors and communicate as needed.
• Lead completion of key store tasks and support special projects.
• Assist with schedule adjustments and communicate changes to the Store Manager.
• Partner with Store and Assistant Managers to coach and motivate team members.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (alcohol, tobacco, Lotto, etc.).
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• Work safely in conditions that include heat, cold, allergen, noise, and fumes/chemical/odor from gasoline and cleaning chemicals.
