Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a smile and invite return business.
• Perform cashier duties with accuracy and promotions.
• Provide fast, friendly service and promote store products and services.
• Maintain store cleanliness across sales floor, coolers, pumps and foodservice areas.
• Stock, rotate, and label shelves, coolers, and displays.
• Manage food service and beverage programs to maximize sales and compliance.
• Check in vendors and communicate as needed.
• Lead completion of key store tasks and support special projects.
• Assist with schedule adjustments and inform the Store Manager of changes.
• Coach and motivate team members with Store and Assistant Managers.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (alcohol, tobacco, Lotto).
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job, frequently required to stand, walk, bend, and twist; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch; and talk and listen.
• Must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 65 pounds.
• Work safely in work conditions that include heat, cold, allergen, noise, and fume/chemical/odor from gasoline and cleaning chemicals.
