Five Guys in Denver is seeking a Shift Leader to help run operations on the floor, lead by example, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You’ll work side-by-side with the team, manage tasks, and keep the kitchen and dining area on-brand.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in restaurant, retail, or hospitality leadership preferred.
• Strong communication and a team-first mindset.
• Able to stay calm and make fast decisions in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and run operations when management is not on site.
• Fill in as cashier, grill, prep, fries, and dining room as needed.
• Deliver fast, accurate service and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coach and motivate crew to perform at their best.
• Help train new team members and foster a positive culture.
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards.
• Manage shift tasks like breaks, cash handling, and closing reports.
