Job summary

Domino’s Branson is seeking a dependable Shift Lead to guide daily store operations and drive team performance. This hands-on leadership role combines customer service with pizza preparation, stocking, and daily supervisory tasks.

You’ll mentor teammates, manage shift priorities, coach new staff, and help ensure a positive, safe, and efficient store environment. Prior management experience is helpful but not required; training is provided.

• Strong communication and customer service skills to handle front counter interactions.
