Job summary

Pilotcompany in Shepherdsville, KY is seeking a front-end supervisor to lead a shift of one to two cashiers, handling cash, credit, and debit transactions with a focus on accuracy and guest service.

You will complete end-of-shift reports, ensure compliance with guidelines on restricted merchandise, keep work areas clean, promote products, resolve guest issues, and assist with travel center tasks. Competitive hourly pay, benefits, and weekly pay available.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a small team of cashiers.
• Ability to process cash, credit, and debit transactions.
• Aptitude for providing high quality guest service.
• Familiar with end-of-shift reporting and close-out procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift of one-to-two cashiers to process cash, credit, and debit transactions.
• Complete end-of-shift reports and close-out procedures.
• Follow company and local guidelines with regards to sale of restricted merchandise (alcohol, tobacco).
• Maintain an organized and clean work area.
• Use suggested selling methods to promote and sell products.
• Deliver quality service to every guest and resolve guest issues.
• Determine break schedules and team member placement during shift.
• Assist with travel center functions (deli, showers/restrooms, stocking, coffee).
• Model company behavior and ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level.
• Ensure activities comply with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
