Qualifications

• Lead a shift of one to two cashiers and process all cash, credit, and debit transactions.
• Follow policies for restricted merchandise items and maintain a clean work area.
• Promote products using suggested selling methods and deliver quality guest service.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift of one to two cashiers to process all types of cash, credit, and debit transactions.
• Complete end-of-shift reports and close out procedures.
• Follow guidelines for sale of restricted merchandise items (alcohol, tobacco).
• Maintain an organized and clean work area.
• Use selling methods to promote and sell products.
• Ensure quality service is delivered to every guest.
• Handle guest complaints and issues per company processes; resolve conflicts.
• Determine break schedules and team member placement during shift.
• Assist with other travel center functions as needed.
• Model behaviors that support the company purpose and policies.
• Ensure activities comply with rules and procedures.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
