The role requires handling guest concerns, following store guidelines, and assisting with daily travel center tasks. Starting pay is $11.95–$16.95 per hour with weekly pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift of 1–2 cashiers to process cash, credit, and debit transactions
• Complete end-of-shift reports and close out procedures
• Maintain an organized and clean work area
• Use suggested selling methods to promote and sell products
• Ensure quality service is delivered to every guest
• Handle guest complaints and issues following company processes
• Determine break schedules and team placement during shift
• Assist with other travel center functions such as deli, showers, restrooms, stocking, and coffee
