Job summary

• Anticipate guest and outlet needs by observing environment and cues.
• Foster cooperation and maximize productivity and team morale.
• Deliver exceptional guest service on shift.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Establish and maintain par levels for products, supplies and equipment.
• Conduct pre-shift huddles and review information pertinent to the day’s business.
• Respond to and resolve guest opportunities promptly.
