Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to play a central role in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. You will support management, lead the team during shifts, and help prepare Panda favorites for guests.

You will gain hands-on experience, develop operations and leadership skills, and contribute to a welcoming and energetic restaurant atmosphere. Qualified candidates will have some high school education and may obtain required local food safety certifications.

Qualifications

• Some high school education is acceptable.
• Preference for some operations experience.
• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant’s own expense.

Responsibilities

• Support management in leading the shift and maintaining a vibrant guest environment.
• Gain hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for guests.
• Develop skills to manage store operations and lead the team during the shift.
