Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to support restaurant operations, lead the team during shifts, and help prepare Panda favorites with passion. You will contribute to a welcoming guest experience and help develop staff in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting.

You will gain hands-on cooking experience, learn store operations, and grow through training and advancement opportunities within the Panda family.

Qualifications

• Some high school education is preferred.
• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant’s own expense.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain valuable skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
• Gain hands on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
