Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a motivated Shift Lead to support management in delivering Panda's mission of food with passion, service with heart, and ambiance with pride.

You will embrace a central role in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and help create a vibrant and welcoming experience for our guests. As a Shift Lead, you will gain hands-on experience cooking Panda favorites, leading the team during shifts, and developing skills to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Some high school, preferred operations experience.
• Food Safety knowledge or certification is preferred.
• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, may be required at applicant's own expense.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
• Gain valuable skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
