Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill.

• Run great shifts in a self-sufficient manner to support the RGM.
• Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems; seek help from others when appropriate.
• Provide guidance to team members and ensure smooth operations during shifts.
