Zusammenfassung

Green Dragon, part of Vireo Health, is seeking a Lead Budtender in Leesburg, FL to promote and sell cannabis products and deliver outstanding customer service. As a keyholder, you will be trusted to open and close the store and mentor the budtender team on service standards and POS procedures.

The ideal candidate has retail or customer service experience, the ability to lift 25 lbs, and availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

What we offer:

• Compensation: $16/hr

What the role is about:

The Lead Budtender is responsible for promoting and selling products, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, delivering excellent customer service, and enhancing the in-store customer experience. As a keyholder, the Lead Budtender is trusted to open and close the store and serves as a go-to resource for POS, cash handling, and service standards on the sales floor.

What you’ve accomplished:

• Sales experience in a retail store environment preferred, but not required

• Reliable, punctual, dependable, and trustworthy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
