Job summary

Green Dragon, part of Vireo Health, Inc., in Leesburg, FL, is hiring a Lead Budtender to promote and sell cannabis products, deliver outstanding customer service, and maintain store operations as a keyholder.

You will engage customers, handle POS, process online orders, and contribute to a welcoming in-store experience while supporting the budtender team.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a retail store preferred.
• Customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail.
• Reliable, punctual, dependable, and trustworthy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs and to stand, sit, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach.
• Reliable transportation to the store.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products by engaging customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Open and close the store as a keyholder and manage POS and cash handling.
• Deliver excellent customer service and enhance the in-store experience.
• Assist customers in store and over the phone and process online orders.
• Train others on the POS system, cash handling, safe audits, and change drops.
• Greet customers and uphold service standards for the budtender team.

What we offer:

• Compensation: $16/hr

What the role is about:

The Lead Budtender is responsible for promoting and selling products, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, delivering excellent customer service, and enhancing the in-store customer experience. As a keyholder, the Lead Budtender is trusted to open and close the store and serves as a go-to resource for POS, cash handling, and service standards on the sales floor.

• Greet and check in customers in a friendly, welcoming manner and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Promote and sell products by engaging customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
• Assist customers in store and over the phone and process online orders accurately
• Use and train others on the POS system, cash handling, safe audits, and change drops
• Serve as a keyholder responsible for opening and closing the store
• Enhance the in-store customer experience and model service standards for the budtender team
• Complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned

What you’ve accomplished:

• Sales experience in a retail store environment preferred, but not required
• Customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail
• Reliable, punctual, dependable, and trustworthy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
