Vireo Health is seeking a Lead Budtender in Florida to promote and sell cannabis products, deliver exceptional customer service, and enhance the in-store experience. As a keyholder, you will open/close the store and oversee POS cash handling and service standards for the budtender team.

The role requires sales/retail experience, reliability, and flexibility to work a fast-paced environment, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Comprehensive benefits accompany the position.

• Compensation: $16/hr

What the role is about

The Lead Budtender is responsible for promoting and selling products, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, delivering excellent customer service, and enhancing the in-store customer experience. As a keyholder, the Lead Budtender is trusted to open and close the store and serves as a go-to resource for POS, cash handling, and service standards on the sales floor.

What you’ve accomplished

• Sales experience in a retail store environment preferred, but not required
• Customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail
• Reliable, punctual, dependable, and trustworthy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs and to stand, sit, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach
• Reliable transportation to the store
