Job summary

Northdale Oil Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to help run day-to-day convenience store operations at our brand-new Fargo location. You will supervise team members, ensure excellent customer service, and uphold Northdale’s culture of teamwork and accountability.

The ideal candidate has retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment. This full-time role offers growth opportunities, competitive benefits, and a collaborative work

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• 6 months of retail experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to motivate employees.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and problem-solve.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high level of customer service.
• Maintain a positive work environment for all team members.
• Resolve cash tills at the end of shift.
• Generate accurate till reports for each register.
• Manage and perform all check-out functions on a daily basis.
• Communicate clearly and openly with customers.
• Serve as the primary point-of-contact for customer service associates and customers when Assistant Manager and Store Manager are not present.
• Assist in performing, implementing, and enforcing established daily operating procedures.

The Shift Lead helps lead team members by ensuring the day-to-day convenience store operations are completed by performing, assisting, and guiding.
