Mo' Bettahs is seeking a Shift Lead in Utah to help run shifts, supervise team members, and ensure high standards of service and food quality. The role supports the General Manager and MIT, stepping in as a leader during busy periods.

You will coordinate customer service, ensure safety and cleanliness, and contribute to a positive, aloha-inspired team culture on a fast-paced line. This position offers part-time hours with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Valid driver's license.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
