Responsibilities

• Assist the Management team in leading day-to-day store operations.
• Maintain Ziggi's Standards of Service with quality and speed.
• Communicate effectively with staff, managers, and owners.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching for existing staff.
• Balance cash drawer and ensure registers are stocked.
• Support inventory checks and monthly cleaning tasks as needed.
• Address customer issues in the absence of managers.
