Qualifications

• Some level of management experience - preferred as an assistant manager or shift lead.
• Prior experience in a food service or retail environment.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and day shifts.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic finances.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Standards of Service: exceptional customer service, quality, accuracy, speed.
• Maintain communication with staff, the General Manager, and owners.
• Assist onboarding and training of new team members.
• Provide ongoing coaching and development for staff.
• Maintain a safe and secure working environment.
• Place weekly vendor orders and manage invoices.
• Enter invoices into QuickBooks and track store finances.
• Keep store clean, stocked, and organized to standards.
• Ensure compliance with health codes and food safety.
• Address customer complaints in the absence of managers and report incidents.
