Job summary

The Wendy's Company in Ohio is seeking a Shift Manager to guide and coach crew members, delegate tasks, and ensure high-quality service and food safety. You’ll train staff, monitor QSC standards, and assist with opening/closing procedures while applying cost-control practices.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of restaurant or supervisory experience, a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to obtain Food Safety Certification.

Qualifications

• One or more years of restaurant or supervisory experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet service time standards.
• Ability to stand for long periods and come to work regularly and promptly.
• Ability to obtain Food Safety Certification and comply with food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Guide and coach crew team members, including assigning tasks and following up.
• Provide training and ensure safety guidelines are followed; monitor QSC—Quality, Service, Cleanliness.
• Support opening or closing procedures and maintain cost-control measures.
