Job summary

Peet’s Coffee is hiring a Shift Lead to guide daily operations and mentor team members. You will oversee opening/closing, cash handling, and inventory tasks while delivering outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced cafe.

Qualifications

• 1 year of leadership experience or directing others.
• 1 year of POS/cash handling responsibilities.
• Shift Leads require a minimum three days per week availability.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the country of the job.
• Must be 18+ and able to work with minors policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with focus and clarity, managing task deployment.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences with friendly service and quality.
• Open/close routines, cash handling, inventory tasks, visual updates.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming coffeebar and uphold standards.
