Job summary

Bojangles @ BlueWater in Summerville, SC is hiring Shift Leaders to oversee restaurant operations and lead shifts at our locations, including Charleston, North Charleston, Cain Bay, and Ravenel.

Shift Leaders will lead a team, ensure guest satisfaction, manage opening/closing, uphold food safety, inventory, and coaching. The position offers a competitive hourly rate and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Leadership qualities, even without formal management experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Dependable and reliable, able to work with a sense of urgency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cheerful, positive attitude, and a passion for serving others.
• Ability to manage a team effectively.
• Some positions require experience with restaurant management in the QSR industry, including P&L, food cost, and labor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of employees.
• Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain Bojangles' quality and safety standards, including food safety and sanitation.
• Manage inventory, track waste, and reconcile sales and cash.
• Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Address escalated guest concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Understand and uphold company policies and procedures.
