Job summary

Bojangles @ BlueWater is hiring Shift Leaders to oversee shifts across multiple locations, including Charleston and Ravenel. The role emphasizes leading a team, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining Bojangles’ quality and safety standards.

Full-time and part-time positions are available, with opportunities for training through Bojangles University as needed. We offer competitive weekly pay, paid time off for full-time staff, flexible hours, and a fuel discount.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a team effectively.
• Experience with restaurant management in the QSR industry, including P&L, food cost, and labor management, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of employees.
• Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain Bojangles' quality and safety standards, including food safety and sanitation.
• Manage inventory, track waste, and reconcile sales and cash.
• Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Address escalated guest concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Understand and uphold company policies and procedures.
• Some roles may require Bojangles University training.
