Wendy's in Houston is seeking a Shift Manager to guide and lead a team toward delivering great service and profit growth. You will be a role model, promoting a fun, family environment with flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement.

The position requires strong interpersonal skills, commitment to food safety, and readiness to support management in achieving goals. Must be 18+ and have a high school diploma or GED.

• Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve our customers and maintain a clean restaurant that you-re proud to work in.
• Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training.
• Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) occasionally for training and other tasks
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years of age
