Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
Must have or obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Willingness to lead and develop a team.
Flexible work availability and able to stand for long periods.
Reliable transportation for travel to stores as needed.
Pass background check.

Responsibilities

Support the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals.
Stand and move for most or all of your shift.
Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register or grill.
Follow brand standards to prepare great food and serve customers.
Maintain a clean restaurant you’re proud to work in.
Promote a 'Customer First' attitude with your team.
Commit to food safety procedures and culture.
Travel to home store and other locations occasionally for training.
