Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a role requiring constant interaction with customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others or coordinating two or more employees
• Ability to prepare and coach food and beverages to standard recipes or customized requests

• Lead with craft and heart to make the Starbucks store a welcoming space for the community
• Direct the work of others and ensure quality beverages and food products
