AD Pizza Corp in California is seeking an energetic Shift Lead to join our fast-paced team. You will supervise teammates during your shift, ensure smooth store operations, and help maintain food quality and service standards.

This role requires strong communication, reliable punctuality, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. Prior supervisory experience is a plus, and a Food Handler's Card is encouraged or obtainable on hire.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or shift lead experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Food Handler's Card or willingness to obtain one upon hire.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with hours including nights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise team members during shifts to ensure efficient store operations
• Maintain food quality, preparation standards, and consistency across menu items
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns quickly
• Open and/or close the store following proper procedures, including cash handling and reconciliation
• Monitor food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards throughout the shift
• Train, coach, and motivate crew members to meet performance expectations
• Communicate inventory needs and assist with stock management and ordering
