Murphy USA Inc. is hiring for a part-time Shift Lead in Austin, TX. You will provide prompt, courteous customer service, assist with purchases and fuel transactions, operate the register, and help maintain store operations.

As a Shift Lead, you will support the Store Manager, lead a team, and drive store performance while ensuring a clean, safe environment. This role offers opportunities for growth and benefits as listed in the job posting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED, or at least 6 months of related job experience.
• Requires minimum 3 months of Cashier experience.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Providing prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experience.
• Responding to and resolving customer requests and concerns.
• Assisting customers with purchases and fuel transactions.
• Operating cash register and POS.
• Ensuring fuel and merchandise is available for customers.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Supporting the Store Manager in all store operations.
• Leading the team to achieve store performance goals.
• Performing task in absence of management including paperwork and inventory tasks.
