Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year restaurant experience, preferably as a shift lead.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work 2 morning and 2 night shifts.
• Proven ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations during shifts in the absence of GM.
• Lead and manage a team of 2–5 crew members.
