Jersey Mike's in Mountain Brook, Birmingham, AL, is seeking a Part Time Shift Leader to oversee daily operations in the absence of management. The role includes opening and closing duties, leading a small crew, and ensuring excellent guest service.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of restaurant experience, be able to work 2 morning and 2 night shifts, and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills. Early pay benefits are available.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience, preferably as a shift lead.
• Ability to work 2 morning (opening) and 2 night (closing) shifts.
• Proven ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate strong menu and product knowledge.
• Lead and manage a team of 2-5 crew members during shifts.
• Act as a key holder and perform opening and closing tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing effective communication with guests and team members.
• Participate in training programs and continuously develop skills.
• Maintain reliability and adherence to scheduling requirements.
