Job summary

Lidl US is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee daily store operations, including stocking, customer service, and merchandising. This role involves acting as the store's responsible person during shifts, coordinating with management, and ensuring a clean, efficient environment for customers.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Ability to lift, move, carry, or slide product over 50 pounds.
• Ability to reach above head to heights greater than 10 inches.
• Flexibility to start early shifts at 5am or finish late shifts at 11pm, including weekends.
• Positive attitude and friendly communication with team and customers.
• Drive to work hard in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Run assigned shifts as the store responsible person in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
• Unpack stock as deliveries arrive in store, maintaining a quick pace.
• Provide excellent customer service across the store and help customers locate items.
• Keep the entire store clean and organized during your shift.
• Learn and complete tasks in bakery, produce, and weekly promotional set-up.
• Communicate clearly with management and colleagues to complete tasks as a team.
