Job summary

The Wendy's Company is seeking a Shift Manager to guide Crew team members, assign tasks, coach performance, and ensure fast, friendly service. You will monitor QSC qualities, assist in food prep, and oversee opening or closing procedures while following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1 or more years of restaurant or supervisory experience.
• Ability to legally work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time without a break.
• Ability to come to work regularly and promptly.
• Ability to comply with all food safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet required service time standards.
• Ability to take direction and work well with others.
• Ability to react to change and maintain a positive attitude.
• Ability to obtain Food Safety Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assigning, directing, and following up on activities of Crew team members.
• Provide guidance and coaching to crew team members, including delegation and instruction.
• Ensure proper training for crew team members and maintain safe working conditions.
• Monitor tasks to ensure Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) and manage cost control.
• May be responsible for opening or closing procedures.
