Responsibilities

• Maintain proper dress standards with name tag and approved uniform
• Present a professional appearance and positive attitude
• Maintain reliable attendance and follow call-in procedures
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and issues
• Ensure accurate cash handling and compliance with payment procedures
• Treat all team members with courtesy and professionalism
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and operational standards
• Follow and enforce food safety, sanitation, and handling regulations
• Assist with scheduling and operational needs as required
• Lead, motivate, and direct team members to promote teamwork and accountability
• Communicate effectively in English regarding safety, policies, responsibilities and guest service
• Oversee restaurant operations and personnel in absence of management
