Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Delegate ordering, receiving, storage and issuing of supplies to minimize loss.
• Assist in supervision of food preparation, sales, and service.
• Oversee food preparation and service during shifts.
• Support team during rush periods to maintain efficiency.
• Handle daily prep tasks like slicing and portioning.
• Help with daily and weekly paperwork.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and upkeep of equipment.
• Perform other related duties as required.
