LV Petroleum LLC and Charleys Cheesesteaks in Las Vegas, NV are seeking a motivated Shift Lead to oversee daily restaurant operations. You will help drive excellent customer service, maintain food quality standards, and ensure smooth shift execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Prior restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred.
Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills required.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and support team members during shifts to ensure smooth daily operations.
Delegate tasks and maintain a positive, productive team environment.
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
Ensure food quality, speed of service, and presentation meet Charleys standards.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards throughout the restaurant.
Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and shift accountability.
Support inventory management, stocking, and operational efficiency.
Train and coach team members on company standards and procedures.
Communicate daily goals, promotions, and operational updates to the team.
Support management in achieving sales, labor, and operational goals.
