Job summary

Burger King in Mooresville, NC is hiring an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead Team Members on assigned shifts, ensuring food quality, fast service, cleanliness and safety.

You’ll coach in the moment, resolve issues quickly, and keep the team motivated and accountable under the direction of the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager, while executing the shift plan.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older

• Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment
