Domino's Team Honey Badger in Minneapolis is seeking a motivated Team Lead to be the go-to person on shift, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences.

You'll run and manage shifts, lead and motivate teammates, assist with pizza prep, handle cash and basic store operations, and train new team members while supporting daily goals. Flexible schedules and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to run a shift at least 3 times per week.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Facial tattoos are not permitted. Some facial piercings may be allowed but limited.
